【Lanyang Museum】
The name Yilan is derived from the word “Kavalan.” The indigenous Kavalan people are an aboriginal tribe that has lived in the plains for thousands of years. The Kavalan people co-exist with many groups in this area. This cultural exchange has become the basis for our multicultural traditions. The museum chose our emblem after much careful discussion with the local residents. We chose a woodcarving that best represents traditional Kavalan culture in Yilan. The emblem is meant to reflect the multifaceted relationship that exists between the museum, nature, and local residents. The exterior of the building incorporates the shape of a single-sided mountain in the northeast corner and the rock joints, which change with the four seasons and the light and shadow of the sky.
【Lodong Forestry Culture Park】
Luodong Forestry Cultural Park was established in 1924 as the only distribution center for juniper trees in Taiping Mountain in the past. It was closed in 1979 and the forest industry was transformed into a forest cultural park in 2009. There are many precious trees and nostalgic old locomotives in the Luodong Forestry Park, famous wooden storage pools and Japanese-style buildings where you can enjoy the finnest baptism in the metropolitan area. Walking around the forest park surrounded by trees in the green tunnel, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere here.

【Dongshan River Water Park Ecological Green Boat】
You can enjoy the scenery of the riverbank along the way, and you can pass through the mysterious caves of legend. The landscape includes the Morinomai pedestrian bridge, canoe rest stop, observation pavilion, butterfly walkway, unicorn fairy restoration area, landscape bridge, floating classroom. There are duck mother boats and barges in the park, and visitors can also stroll around the park. 【Tangwei Hot Spring Park】
Tangwei Hot Spring Park is located in the middle of Deyang Road and Ren'ai Road, also known as the "boiling ditch", which is the center of the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Branch.In order to create a new style of Tangwei Gou historical space, the Yilan County Government plans this area as a hot spring park, carefully designed waterfront space and landscape pavilion, as well as Zen cypress lush and semi-outdoor soaking ponds. Tangwei Hot Spring Park is a well-established tourist attraction with a men's and women's public baths and a new base for night activities such as street entertainers and hot spring fish spa.
